Hammocks Coffee uses UPS to deliver orders placed in our convenient online store. Our key is freshness. That's why we ship our products the next business day after you place an order. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day. We won't charge you until your item is shipped.

Hammocks Coffee keeps shipping costs as low as possible by choosing the Ground shipping method that is the most cost effective. We never charge more for shipping than our cost for the service.

Here's the shipping times for the other methods available:
UPS 3 Day Select - Arrives 3 business days after the day it ships out.
UPS 2nd Day Air - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Arrives on the next business day after the day it ships out.

UPS will always attempt at least 3 times to deliver your packages to your house. They will leave a note so that you can reach them or sign for your package to be left outside your home. If after 3 attempts, UPS was not successful in delivering the packages to your place and that the packages are sent back to us for this reason, the customer will have to pay the full shipping costs (as estimated on the UPS web site) if he wants us to ship the package out again.

We are only shipping in the Continental United States at this time, please check with Customer service for International Shipping, it will be eventually available, call us for complete details.

Return Policy
Products may be returned for credit if you are not satisfied with our product.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please do not return coffee, tea or food items. Should you feel the need to return an item, please contact Customer Service first and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. Simply make sure your name and Invoice # are visible.
